Carly has been an entrepreneur for 4 years when she started her business Anaphase Store in 2015, Carly struggled through her educational years with being dyslexic and dyspraxic, but she has broken those barriers down to live out her dreams. Since receiving help from the Princes trust in early 2015, Carly has become a successful business mentor and ambassador to give back and help other people who may have the same struggles and give them confidence to blossom. Anaphase Store is Online and based in Cardiff. They stock their own designs and slogans printed onto Clothing ranging from new-born to 5XL; including friends themed designs, Homeware where they make their own candles and bath bombs in lots of wonderful scents, Cosmetics, Accessories, make up brushes and Holiday items for the upcoming Seasons.

 

Anaphase has won 7 business awards and has been shortlisted for 21 others. We have 8 reps around the country selling items on behalf of our business, 2 paid staff members and 3 interns.

 

Carly has met Prince Charles along with many celebrity ambassadors; she has even personally been invited to Buckingham Palace – Carly’s business.

Nisha Haq specialises in providing wedding, commercial & lifestyle photography in the South UK. After graduating in BA (Hons) Photography in 2014, she set up her business a year later. Nisha has been awarded IPSE UK Young Freelancer of the Year 2017 and is one of the youngest to receive an Honorary Degree from Solent University. Nisha is passionate about encouraging enterprise, in particular young females in the creative industries and has gone on to deliver numerous talks on entrepreneurship at various universities and events. Louise Hockaday is a qualified coach and runs her own coaching business Scruffy Duck Solutions Ltd.

Prior to becoming a coach, Louise worked in a number of large corporate organisations delivering complex marketing, communications and change management projects. She has a Master’s Degree in Marketing.

Louise started training in Clean Language in 2015 and has a keen interest in the application and use of creative approaches to help people grow and become their best selves.

Louise’s coaching approach is particularly good at helping people to develop personal metaphors that help them to understand what it’s like when they are working and being at their best. This then helps them to find tailored approaches in overcoming their challenges in a way that works for their unique and individual needs.

She is currently in training to become a Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor and volunteers for a couple of local charities to deliver counselling support. She is also an Associate Coach for a Community Interest Company that provides coaching for individuals with neurodiversity in the workplace.

I’ve just finished another video interview with Annelies, and despite my usual nervousness, concern and brain freeze about my answers, as ever, Annelies made the whole process relaxed, easy and fun.
