Given the recruitment challenges over the last year we wanted to be sure that we were doing everything possible to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in Wandsworth and beyond. A small group of us worked with Annelise and she used a mix of formal training and group discussion to help us to identify what was working well and what could be improved.

I attended a LinkedIn workshop hosted by Annelies at HSDC Alton recently. I don’t know why, but I was expecting a quiet, formal-type session. Like “Now class, open your laptop and plod through these stages, blah blah” NO, what I got was on another level. WOW, Annelies brings so much impact, energy and fun learning into the room. I was so impressed with the power session I had with Annelies that I have already budgeted to do some follow sessions with her. I really needed a short, sharp slot with her to ask her some very specific questions I had about my messaging. She was really well prepared, walked me through some important steps and sent a really detailed follow-up document afterwards. She was really responsive and knows her stuff.
